I. Tapping Hole Opener

Function: Automatically opens the taphole during iron tapping, replacing manual drilling. Suitable for 300-5800m³ blast furnaces, increasing tapping efficiency by 60%.

Drilling diameter: 120-180mm (adaptable to taphole depth of different furnace capacities)

Feed rate: 0.5-1.2m/min, maximum drilling depth 8m

II. Clay Gun

Function: After tapping, clay is injected into the taphole for sealing to prevent gas leakage. Clay injection pressure 30-45MPa (meets the needs of high-pressure blast furnaces).

III. Slag Damper

Sealing structure: Water-cooled copper plug + spring clamping, leakage rate ≤1%

IV. Blast Furnace Gas Waste Heat Power Generation Unit (TRT)

Function: Utilizes blast furnace gas waste heat for power generation, power generation per ton of iron 30-50kWh (accounting for 8-12% of blast furnace process energy consumption), investment recovery period 3-5 years.

System Composition:

Turbine: Axial flow/radial flow, inlet pressure 0.15-0.3MPa

Generator: Power 500-30000kW, power generation efficiency ≥85%

Control system: DCS automatic adjustment, grid voltage 10-35kV

Environmental Value:

No additional energy consumption, annual CO₂ reduction 20,000-100,000 tons (calculated based on a 3000m³ blast furnace)

V. Slag granulation Equipment (GGBS)

Function: Grinds blast furnace slag to a specific surface area of 400-500m²/kg for use in cement admixture production, increasing the added value of slag per ton by 50-80 yuan.

Process Route:

Slag → Jaw crusher → Ball mill/Vertical mill → Classifier → Finished product (particle size ≤45μm, ≥85%)

Equipment Configuration:

Grinding host: Vertical mill (processing capacity 30-150t/h), power consumption ≤40kWh/t

Dust collection system: Bag filter, emission concentration ≤30mg/m³
