Project Implementation Process

Detailed design

After preliminary design is finalized, designers conduct precise design work on the equipment's mechanical structure, electrical control system, hydraulic system, etc., strictly adhering to relevant standards and customer requirements, and utilizing advanced software to ensure design accuracy and reliability. Detailed design documents are created, followed by internal review to optimize the design scheme.

Manufacturing preparation

After the detailed design review is passed, manufacturing preparation will commence. Raw materials and components will be procured according to drawings and lists, relying on high-quality suppliers to ensure quality and supply. Production equipment and tooling will be inspected and debugged, production plans and processes will be formulated, personnel training will be organized, and preparations for production will be made.

Design and Assembly

After manufacturing preparation is complete, production personnel process parts according to drawings and procedures, strictly inspecting process quality. The processed parts are transported to the assembly workshop, where workers assemble them according to regulations, paying attention to detail and precision, and recording the assembly process. After assembly, the entire equipment is debugged to ensure stable operation.

Quality Control and Inspection

Quality is implemented throughout the entire process, with rigorous testing using multiple methods. From raw material entry to equipment performance testing, professional quality inspectors control each stage, following international standards and using high-precision equipment for measurement and evaluation. Only equipment that meets design and standards can be delivered upon completion.

Requirements Analysis and Communication

A professional team communicates extensively with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to thoroughly understand their specific needs, application scenarios, budget, and timeframe in the metallurgical machinery and equipment field. They gather client expectations regarding equipment performance, functionality, and quality standards, and offer professional advice based on industry trends to ensure accurate understanding of client needs and lay the foundation for subsequent services.

Delivery and Training

After equipment inspection and qualification, a professional logistics team is responsible for packaging and transportation to ensure safe delivery. Technicians will arrive on-site for installation and debugging, and will also provide customers with comprehensive training on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Through a combination of theory and practice, customer personnel will become proficient in equipment use and maintenance.

Preliminary design (overall equipment layout, selection of main components)

Based on the needs analysis, the design team plans the overall equipment layout, comprehensively considering factors such as the environment and process flow, to design a scientific structure and spatial solution. Leveraging experience and market insights, we select main components with excellent performance, high quality, and cost-effectiveness, providing multiple design and selection schemes. After sufficient communication and adjustments with the client, the final preliminary design is determined.

Follow-up support and maintenance

We provide long-term service after equipment delivery training. We establish customer service files and conduct regular follow-up visits, providing 7x24-hour technical support, on-demand equipment maintenance and repair, parts replacement, and attention to industry trends. We also offer equipment upgrades and modifications to help improve production efficiency.
