On June 24, 2023, to celebrate the "July 1" birthday of the Party, all party members of the Siliang Group went to the model village (Dianzidi Village) that supported the liberation of Taiyuan to carry out themed educational activities, led by Wang Rong, the secretary of the Siliang branch and chairman.

  At the support square, comrades faced the party flag, raised their right fists, and were led by Secretary Wang to revisit the party membership oath, remember the original mission, and inherit the red spirit.

Enter the red lecture hall, where Wang Rong, the secretary of the Siliang branch and chairman, gave a special party class on the "July 1" theme.

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China in July 1921, it has gone through 102 years of arduous and glorious journey. The Communist Party of China combines the universal principles of Marxism with the national conditions of the Chinese revolution, explores the truth of saving the country and strengthening it, and opens up the path of national rejuvenation; leading the Chinese people to fearlessly shed blood and sacrifice, creating brilliant achievements. In these 102 years, the Communist Party of China has united and led the people to bravely fight for national liberation, independence, social progress, and people's happiness, experiencing the tests of war and peace, revolution and governance, construction and reform, setbacks and victories, ultimately achieving brilliant achievements in democratic revolution and socialist revolution and construction. As a Communist Party member in the new era, the development of the times no longer requires us to sacrifice ourselves to blow up fortresses, nor to throw our heads and shed blood, but we cannot forget the solemn commitment made under the party flag stained with blood, nor can we forget the historical mission and responsibility we bear!

Secretary Wang's speech is divided into two parts: first, to deeply promote the theme education to go deeper and more practical; second, to learn deeply and understand thoroughly to enhance capabilities and take responsibility for practical results.

1. Unite and gather strength to continuously create new historical achievements on the new journey.

Tightly focus on the overall requirements of theme education "learn ideology, strengthen party spirit, emphasize practice, and build new achievements", adhere to high starting point planning, high standard promotion, and high quality implementation, combine with the actual situation of the company, and deeply promote the theme education to go deeper and more practical.

2. Learn deeply and understand thoroughly to enhance capabilities and take responsibility for practical results.

We must deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments" from the great achievements made by the Communist Party of China in leading the people in revolution and construction, and from red revolutionary education, enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", and achieve the "two maintenances".       

(1) We must focus on practical theoretical learning and strengthen the ideological foundation.

In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of theoretical learning, the Siliang Party branch has formulated a learning plan, and members of the leadership team must take the lead in learning. Based on solid personal self-study, we will innovate and implement a "whole process, divided by topic" theoretical learning model. The whole process means that theoretical learning runs through the entire process of theme education; divided by topic means that we will study by topic in combination with actual conditions, and carry out concentrated learning and discussion through listening to special guidance, giving party classes, and other forms.

The party branch fully utilizes opportunities such as "three meetings and one class", themed party days, etc., to carry out learning, and adopts various forms to compare with the learning plan, organizing branch members to complete self-study, forming a strong atmosphere of persistent, continuous, and proactive learning.

(2) We must conduct in-depth research to solve practical problems.

Members of the leadership team focus on "top priority" to promote research and development, in accordance with the requirements of "adhering to the center, serving the overall situation, adhering to the mass line, consulting the people, adhering to seeking truth from facts, and being problem-oriented", actively researching and formulating research topics on issues such as deepening reform and innovation, improving quality and efficiency, production safety, party building, and team building, as well as hot and difficult issues of concern to employees and the masses. By listening to opinions and suggestions from all sides, we will comprehensively determine research topics and content, research and formulate high-quality research plans, clarify research content, methods, and specific requirements. At the same time, we will expand research channels, enrich research forms, and go deep into grassroots units and production sites to grasp the actual situation, diagnose problems, consult the people, and improve the scientificity and effectiveness of research. Focus on "key small matters" to conduct research that benefits people's livelihood. In the research process, we adhere to the concept of putting employees first, starting from small matters, and doing everything possible to solve practical problems, alleviate difficulties, and eliminate troubles for employees.

 (3) We must work hard to be the first, striving to create a new picture of quality development.

Manufacturing thrives, and industries thrive. "High" and "new" are the lifelines of high-quality development in manufacturing. As a coking machinery company, Siliang is determined to take on the responsibility of promoting the revitalization and development of the manufacturing industry. We will do our utmost to overcome difficulties, accelerate development in every possible way, truly form a consensus in thought, unite as one, and work together to ensure that all tasks are carried out effectively. We must adhere to the spirit of daring to establish and break, to take the lead and try first, and to do well and achieve results, to comprehensively promote all tasks with the spirit of "inserting a steel bar to the bottom", ensuring daily progress, monthly effectiveness, and annual harvest.

(4) We must plan deeply and far, forging a strong backbone for advanced manufacturing.

Aiming at "high-end", developing the chain. Implement precise product and process positive and negative lists, consciously benchmark against excellent enterprises, and promote quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, speed increase, and upgrading. We must continuously work on supplementing the chain of short-board industries, extending the chain of advantageous industries, upgrading traditional industries, and building chains for emerging industries, enhancing the continuity and competitiveness of industrial development.

(5) We must drive innovation and occupy the "intelligent" high ground of industrial transformation.

Unmanned operation, promoting digital construction, in the future, coking enterprises will achieve intelligent applications based on digitalization. We will fully leverage our unique advantages, further strengthen market-driven initiatives, aim at subdivided fields of the industry, and enhance high-tech innovation and exploration in new fields, strengthening the industrial chain by filling gaps, enhancing the value chain with market orientation, and developing the innovation chain with core technology, continuously cultivating new growth points. Continuously improve product quality and supporting capabilities, seize more market share with strong core competitiveness, and build new advantages in industrial competition.

In summary, under the strong leadership of the higher-level party committee, we will strive hard, take practical actions, continuously strengthen technological innovation, strive to be the vanguard of coking machinery manufacturing, and promote the theme education to go deeper and more practical, accelerating the high-quality development of Siliang.

We must continuously enhance political capabilities, always remember the "big issues of the country", and bear the political responsibility of ensuring production safety. Continuously enhance thinking capabilities, master and effectively use strategic thinking, dialectical thinking, systematic thinking, innovative thinking, historical thinking, legal thinking, and bottom-line thinking. Continuously enhance practical capabilities, with greater efforts and more practical measures to do well in "innovation" and "market", continuously creating a new situation for the high-quality development of Siliang.

Third item, recognition and awards for three outstanding party members.

Recognize three "July 1" outstanding Communist Party members and award prizes. The recognition of outstanding Communist Party members is to encourage the majority of party members to earnestly study the party's theory, strengthen their ideals and beliefs, be loyal to serving the people, handle affairs with a practical approach, bravely undertake missions, achieve results, unite and lead work, and be loyal and dedicated.

The fourth item, all party members participate in the "thematic education" knowledge quiz.

After the party class, under the guidance of the lecturer, visit the support memorial hall for study, follow in the footsteps of the predecessors, listen to the stories of support, and draw strength for progress.
